- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Durable Medical Equipment division, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and overall quality of care.
- Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication for the benefit of patients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other key stakeholders in the community.

- Ensure the facility is well-maintained and equipped with necessary resources to provide top-notch care.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the facility's operations.
- Handle any patient or employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff to maintain a high-performing team.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In The Durable Medical Equipment Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Medicare, Medicaid, And Third-Party Insurance Regulations And Reimbursement Processes.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Achieving Financial Goals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Other Stakeholders.
