  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Durable Medical Equipment division, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and overall quality of care.
  3. Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  5. Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication for the benefit of patients.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other key stakeholders in the community.
  8. Manage financial resources and budgets to ensure the financial sustainability of the facility.
  9. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the services and increase patient volume.
  10. Ensure the facility is well-maintained and equipped with necessary resources to provide top-notch care.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the facility's operations.
  12. Handle any patient or employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff to maintain a high-performing team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In The Durable Medical Equipment Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medicare, Medicaid, And Third-Party Insurance Regulations And Reimbursement Processes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Achieving Financial Goals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Other Stakeholders.
