  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the durable medical equipment center, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to patients, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
  3. Hire, train, and supervise a team of durable medical equipment technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to patients.
  4. Monitor and track key performance indicators, such as patient satisfaction and equipment utilization, and take necessary actions to improve performance.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as billing and insurance, to ensure timely and accurate processing of patient orders and claims.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide ongoing coaching and training to improve their skills and performance.
  7. Maintain and update policies and procedures for the durable medical equipment center, in accordance with company and industry standards.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources to promote the services of the center and increase patient referrals.
  9. Stay informed about advancements and changes in the durable medical equipment industry and apply this knowledge to improve processes and services at the center.
  10. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations and maintain a safe and clean working environment for staff and patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Management Position, Preferably In The Durable Medical Equipment Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Medicare And Medicaid Regulations And Reimbursement Policies

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Meeting Financial Goals

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Other Stakeholders.
