  1. Oversee the daily operations of the center, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring efficient workflow.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the center's performance and meet business goals.
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for employees, promoting teamwork and employee development.
  4. Maintain a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of durable medical equipment.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to the healthcare industry.
  6. Monitor and analyze center performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and profitability.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders in the community.
  8. Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of durable medical equipment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In The Durable Medical Equipment Industry.
