As the Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our center and ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the center, including managing staff, scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, and ensuring efficient workflow.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided to patients.
  3. Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and company policies.
  4. Manage inventory and ordering of durable medical equipment to ensure adequate supply for patient needs.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, appointments, and billing.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and facilities to promote the company's products and services.
  11. Monitor financial performance and work with the finance team to develop and maintain budgets.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure the center remains competitive and compliant.
  13. Act as a role model for staff, promoting a positive and customer-centric work culture.
  14. Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
  15. Collaborate with upper management to set and achieve performance targets for the center.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing A Durable Medical Equipment Center, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medicare, Medicaid, And Commercial Insurance Billing And Reimbursement Procedures.

  • Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Staff, Patients, And External Stakeholders.

  • Familiarity With State And Federal Regulations Regarding Durable Medical Equipment And Patient Care, With A Commitment To Maintaining Compliance And Upholding High Standards Of Quality And Safety.
