Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Center Manager to oversee our Durable Medical Equipment division at Lincare Holdings. As a leader in the healthcare industry, Lincare is dedicated to providing top-quality equipment and services to our patients. The Center Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and growth of our Durable Medical Equipment business.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the Durable Medical Equipment division, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability of the Durable Medical Equipment business.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure team cohesion and productivity.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the division remains competitive and compliant with regulations.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, insurance providers, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  8. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  9. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  10. Collaborate with other departments within Lincare Holdings to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  11. Prepare and present regular reports to upper management on the performance of the Durable Medical Equipment division.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's mission, values, and goals, and ensure they are reflected in all aspects of the Durable Medical Equipment division.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In The Durable Medical Equipment Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance And Industry Standards Related To Durable Medical Equipment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Patients, Healthcare Professionals, And Vendors.
