Job Description

Welcome to Lincare Holdings, a leading provider of durable medical equipment to patients nationwide. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Center Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Durable Medical Equipment center, ensuring the highest quality of care and services are provided to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) center, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to patients.
  2. Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines.
  3. Manage and oversee a team of healthcare professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a high level of performance and quality of care.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services and payment for services rendered.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies to meet patient needs and maintain cost-effectiveness.
  6. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
  7. Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff to ensure a knowledgeable and highly skilled team.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for staff and patients.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation, including patient records, inventory logs, and financial reports.
  10. Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and success of the DME center.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for process improvements and new services to meet the changing needs of patients.
  13. Uphold the company's mission and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Durable Medical Equipment (Dme) Industry: A Center Manager At Lincare Holdings Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In The Dme Industry. This Experience Will Provide A Solid Understanding Of The Equipment, Regulations, And Processes Involved In The Dme Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Center Manager, One Must Be Able To Lead And Manage A Team Effectively. This Requires Strong Leadership Skills Such As Communication, Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, And Conflict Resolution.

  • Knowledge Of Medicare And Insurance Billing: The Dme Industry Is Heavily Regulated, And A Center Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Medicare And Insurance Billing Processes. This Includes Knowledge Of Coding, Documentation Requirements, And Compliance Regulations.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Dme Is A Customer-Oriented Industry, And A Center Manager Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills. This Includes The Ability To Build Relationships With Customers, Address Any Concerns Or Complaints, And Ensure Customer Satisfaction.

  • Business Acumen: A Center Manager Must Have A Strong Business Sense To Effectively Manage The Financial Aspects Of The Center. This Includes Budgeting, Forecasting, And Strategic Planning To Ensure The Center's Profitability And Success.
