Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Center Manager for our Durable Medical Equipment division at Lincare Holdings. As the Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our DME center, ensuring the highest level of customer service and efficiency.   1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) center, including but not limited to staffing, inventory management, and financial performance.
  2. Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to patients and healthcare professionals.
  3. Drive sales and revenue growth through effective management of inventory levels, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
  4. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Hire, train, and supervise a team of DME staff, providing ongoing coaching and development to ensure a high-performing team.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the DME market, and make recommendations for business growth and improvement.
  11. Manage budget and financial performance of the DME center, including analyzing financial reports and implementing cost-saving measures.
  12. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  14. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the overall patient experience.
