In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate scheduling of employees using UKG PRO, our workforce management software.   1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of UKG PRO scheduling software.
  2. Utilize UKG PRO to create, maintain, and adjust employee schedules.
  3. Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure schedules meet operational requirements.
  4. Analyze scheduling data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimizing staffing resources.
  5. Monitor employee time-off requests and adjust schedules accordingly to maintain adequate coverage.
  6. Communicate scheduling changes and updates to all relevant parties.
  7. Provide support and training to employees and managers on how to use UKG PRO for scheduling purposes.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors with UKG PRO scheduling.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for scheduling and make suggestions for process improvements.
  10. Maintain accurate records and reports related to scheduling and employee time-off.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to scheduling and employee data.
  13. Collaborate with HR and payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee hours.
  14. Participate in meetings and trainings related to scheduling and workforce management.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of scheduling processes and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
