- Conduct employee health screenings and assessments to ensure the wellbeing of staff members.
- Develop and implement employee health programs and initiatives to promote a healthy workplace.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee health records and documentation.
- Educate employees on health and wellness topics, such as disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Administer vaccinations and medications as needed.
- Monitor and manage employee work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Communicate with management and HR regarding employee health concerns and accommodations.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on current employee health trends and practices.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee health events and workshops.
- Collaborate with outside vendors and resources to enhance employee health services.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in continuing education and training to maintain nursing license and stay current on best practices in employee health.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for other employees in the Employee Health department.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to employee health and safety.
Active Rn License In The State Where The Job Is Located.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Employee Health, Occupational Health, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Osha Regulations And Experience Developing And Implementing Workplace Health And Safety Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Workload Effectively.
