- Accurately register patients for appointments and procedures.
- Collect and verify patient information, including personal and insurance information.
- Explain registration and insurance processes to patients and answer any questions they may have.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Registration Or Admissions Role.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Insurance Verification Processes.
Familiarity With Electronic Health Records (Ehr) Systems And Ability To Navigate And Input Patient Information Accurately.
