Valid Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Valid Rn License In The State Where The Job Is Located. This Demonstrates The Individual's Education And Knowledge Of Nursing Principles And Practices.
Minimum Education And Experience Requirements: The Candidate Must Have A Minimum Of An Associate's Degree In Nursing (Adn) From An Accredited Nursing Program. In Addition, They Must Have A Minimum Of One Year Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Setting.
Bls Certification: Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification Is Required For All Rn Positions At Lifepoint Health. This Certification Ensures That The Candidate Is Trained In Emergency Procedures And Can Provide Life-Saving Interventions If Necessary.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Rn, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. They Must Also Be Able To Handle Emotionally Charged Situations With Empathy And Professionalism.
Flexibility And Availability: As A Prn (As Needed) Nurse, The Candidate Must Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Available To Work On Short Notice. They May Also Be Required To Work Weekends, Evenings, And Holidays, Depending On The Needs Of The Healthcare Facility.
