  1. Provide exceptional and compassionate care to patients recovering from surgery and orthopedic procedures.
  2. Utilize strong clinical skills and knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  4. Monitor and document patient progress and any changes in condition.
  5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  6. Educate patients and their families on post-surgical and orthopedic care, including medication management and wound care.
  7. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and infection control protocols.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  9. Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
