  1. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in the medical/surgical department.
  2. Utilize strong clinical skills and knowledge to assess patients, develop care plans, and implement treatments.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  4. Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and their families, providing education and support as needed.
  5. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards of the healthcare facility.
  6. Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical record systems.
  7. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
  8. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  9. Serve as a patient advocate, promoting their rights and ensuring their needs are met.
  10. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, following infection control protocols.
  11. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in the medical/surgical field.
  12. Serve as a mentor and resource for less experienced nursing staff.
  13. Demonstrate a commitment to the organization's mission and values.
  14. Adhere to all regulatory and legal requirements related to patient care.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence in patient care and customer service.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree From An Accredited Institution.

  • Bls And Acls Certifications.

  • Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Medical/Surgical Setting.

  • Strong Clinical Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
