- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all patients and visitors.
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records.
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage to facilitate smooth check-in and registration processes.
- Collect and process patient payments and co-pays according to established procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely patient flow.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
