- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression for the facility.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries, answering and directing them appropriately.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and presentable at all times.
- Check-in patients upon arrival, verifying and updating personal and insurance information as needed.
- Collect and process payments, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Respond to patient and visitor inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating to the appropriate department or personnel when necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the patient experience and provide exceptional customer service.
- Attend all required training and meetings to stay updated on policies and procedures.
- Follow company protocols and procedures for handling emergencies and difficult situations.
