  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
  4. Provide accurate and timely information to patients and visitors regarding services, policies, and procedures.
  5. Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars for healthcare providers.
  6. Verify patient insurance and demographic information in an accurate and confidential manner.
  7. Collect and process patient payments and provide receipts as needed.
  8. Respond to patient complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations.
  10. Uphold the highest level of customer service standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  11. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  12. Keep track of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  13. Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  14. Attend training and staff meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience and provide exceptional service.
