As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills.   1. Greet and welcome all visitors and guests to the company with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  3. Respond to inquiries and requests from callers in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for visitors.
  5. Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for company executives.
  6. Keep track of employee whereabouts and provide assistance with locating team members as needed.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient flow of information.
  8. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies when dealing with sensitive information.
  10. Continuously strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
  11. Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate to the appropriate personnel if necessary.
  12. Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure an adequate inventory.
  13. Assist with additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.
  14. Continuously strive to learn and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency of the company.
  15. Uphold the company's values and represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
