Valid Lpn License: The Candidate Must Hold A Current And Valid License As A Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) In The State Of North Carolina.
Previous Experience In Acute Care Or Skilled Nursing Setting: Lifepoint Health Is Seeking Candidates With At Least One Year Of Experience In An Acute Care Or Skilled Nursing Environment.
Flexibility And Availability For Prn Shifts: As A Prn Lpn, The Candidate Must Be Able To Work On An As-Needed Basis And Have Open Availability For Shifts, Including Nights, Weekends, And Holidays.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, In Order To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team: The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Independently And Make Sound Decisions, As Well As Collaborate Effectively As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Healthcare Environment.
