- Maintain patient records: Document all assessment findings and update patient records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to the healthcare team.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field: A Prn Assessment Specialist At Lifepoint Health Should Have At Least A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field To Ensure A Strong Foundation In Healthcare Knowledge And Principles.
Active Rn License: A Valid And Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License Is Required For A Prn Assessment Specialist At Lifepoint Health To Perform Clinical Assessments And Provide Guidance On Patient Care.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience: Lifepoint Health Seeks Candidates With At Least 2 Years Of Clinical Experience, Preferably In An Acute Care Setting, To Ensure A Thorough Understanding Of Patient Care And Assessment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Prn Assessment Specialist, Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Working With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Teams To Gather Accurate Information And Develop Care Plans.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours: The Nature Of A Prn (As Needed) Position Requires The Ability To Work Various Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays, To Meet The Needs Of The Organization And Its Patients. Flexibility In Scheduling Is A Key Qualification For This Role.
