  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems throughout the facility, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  2. Conduct routine inspections of building systems to identify potential issues and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipment, and coordinate ordering and delivery as needed.
  5. Respond to emergency situations and service requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  6. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff, patients, and visitors.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including documentation of completed tasks, materials used, and equipment serviced.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and teams to coordinate maintenance and repairs that may impact daily operations.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to plant operations and maintenance.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude when interacting with all individuals within the facility.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology related to plant operations and maintenance.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools, equipment, and storage areas.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Plant Operations: The Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems, Hvac, Plumbing, And Other Building Maintenance Systems.

  • Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience With Operating And Maintaining Sophisticated Equipment And Systems, Such As Generators, Chillers, Boilers, And Medical Gas Systems.

  • Attention To Detail: The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify And Address Potential Issues Before They Become Major Problems.

  • Communication And Teamwork: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Work Effectively With Other Members Of The Plant Operations Team, As Well As With Hospital Staff And Outside Contractors.

  • Safety And Compliance: The Candidate Must Have A Strong Commitment To Safety And Be Knowledgeable Of All Relevant Codes And Regulations. They Should Also Have Experience With Maintaining Compliance With Regulatory Agencies, Such As Osha And Epa.
