Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Lifepoint Health Requires Pcas To Have A Current Cna Certification To Ensure They Have The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Provide Direct Patient Care.
Experience In Healthcare Setting: Prior Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Hospital Or Nursing Home, Is Preferred For A Pca Prn Role At Lifepoint Health. This Experience Helps Demonstrate A Basic Understanding Of Patient Care And Medical Procedures.
