- Develop and implement workforce management strategies to achieve optimal staffing levels in various departments within the organization.
- Create and maintain detailed workforce plans and schedules to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor and adjust staffing levels based on changing business needs and fluctuations in patient volume.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and address staffing gaps and develop solutions to improve workforce efficiency.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for workforce management initiatives.
- Train and mentor team members on workforce management best practices and procedures.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of workforce management systems and tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as federal and state regulations related to workforce management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to workforce management, including but not limited to staffing levels, employee satisfaction, and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in workforce management to continually enhance and innovate our processes.
- Lead and motivate a team of workforce management professionals to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Workforce Planning And Scheduling.
Proficiency In Workforce Management Software And Systems, Such As Kronos Or Adp.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Workforce Management Staff.
