  1. Provide compassionate and quality care to patients according to LifePoint Health's mission and values.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical staff.
  4. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and medications.
  6. Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  8. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  9. Assess patient needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Lvn License: The First And Most Important Qualification For A Licensed Vocational Nurse Job At Lifepoint Health Is Holding A Current And Valid Lvn License Issued By The State Board Of Nursing.
