- Provide individualized and compassionate therapy to inpatients using evidence-based treatment methods.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans based on patients' mental health needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress during therapy sessions.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders and treatment options.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in acute distress.
- Stay current with advancements and research in the field of mental health therapy.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with patients.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care.
- Act as an advocate for patients and ensure their needs are met during their stay.
- Collaborate with insurance companies and other external organizations to coordinate patient care.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards patients, colleagues, and the organization.
Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Therapist In An Inpatient Setting.
Licensure As A Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw), Or Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft).
Knowledge And Experience In Evidence-Based Therapy Modalities, Such As Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (Cbt) And Dialectical Behavior Therapy (Dbt).
Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Effectively Communicate With Patients And Their Families.
