  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company goals and objectives.
  2. Provide support and guidance to employees on various HR-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  3. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new employees.
  4. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  5. Collaborate with department managers to address and resolve employee issues and concerns.
  6. Manage recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
  7. Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  8. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Stay current on HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  10. Manage employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of training programs for employees and managers.
  12. Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  13. Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
  14. Maintain a positive and inclusive work culture through effective communication and relationship-building.
  15. Proactively identify and address potential HR issues and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field.
