- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company goals and objectives.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on various HR-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with department managers to address and resolve employee issues and concerns.
- Manage recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Manage employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Participate in the development and implementation of training programs for employees and managers.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work culture through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Proactively identify and address potential HR issues and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Experience In Recruitment, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
