  1. Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and mission.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, and HR programs.
  3. Act as a proactive problem-solver, addressing and resolving HR issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Drive organizational success by effectively managing and implementing HR programs, such as performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  7. Conduct regular assessments and analysis of HR data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
  9. Serve as a resource for employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support on various HR policies and procedures.
  10. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential HR risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
  12. Act as a change agent, driving and supporting organizational change initiatives.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR department.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Title Vii, Fmla, And Ada

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Work Collaboratively With All Levels Of Employees

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives To Support Business Objectives And Drive Employee Engagement And Retention.
