Hospital CFO

LifePoint Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Hospital CFO to join our growing team. We are looking for a leader who is ready to take on the challenge of managing the finances of our hospital and improving the quality of healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial management, possess strong analytical skills, and possess the ability to think strategically. We are seeking a self-starter who is passionate about making a positive impact on patient care and helping our hospital reach its financial goals.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in a financial management role. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

-Oversee the financial management of the hospital

-Develop and implement strategic financial plans and goals -Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement and cost savings -Prepare financial reports for review by hospital administration -Assist with budgeting and forecasting -Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations -Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure accuracy and efficiency -Provide financial advice and support to hospital staff -Review and evaluate contracts and other financial documents -Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, creditors, and other financial stakeholders -Assist in the development and implementation of new financial policies and procedures
