We are currently seeking a Front Office Representative for our New Mexico Cardiac Care location. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.   1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Manage and maintain patient check-in and check-out processes.
  3. Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.
  4. Collect and verify patient insurance and demographic information.
  5. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and visitors.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations.
  7. Maintain and update patient records and charts.
  8. Handle billing inquiries and process payments.
  9. Address patient concerns and escalate to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  10. Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures.
  11. Keep front office area clean and organized.
  12. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning.
  13. Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
  14. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services.
  15. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  16. Continuously strive to provide excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience.
  17. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.
  18. Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
  19. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Front Office Or Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent, With Additional Education Or Certification In Medical Office Administration Preferred.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Strong Computer Skills And Proficiency In Electronic Medical Record Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Insurance Billing And Coding, And Hipaa Regulations.
