
Front Desk Representative

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries, answering questions and directing calls to appropriate departments.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collect and process patient information and insurance details accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring a professional and inviting appearance.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including verifying insurance coverage and collecting payments.
- Handle patient complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and overall customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with all healthcare policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff, providing clear and concise information.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer service and patient experience, and make recommendations for implementation.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
