  2. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  3. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of patient information.
  4. Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
  5. Process patient payments and verify insurance information.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and team members.
  8. Handle and resolve patient inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and smooth patient flow.
