- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive first impression for patients.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar for healthcare providers.
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details, to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
- Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure excellent patient care and service.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying insurance and collecting payments.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
