LifePoint Health is looking for an experienced, motivated Finance Director to join our dynamic and growing team.The ideal candidate for this role is a creative problem solver with a passion for financial management. We are searching for an individual who has strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement innovative strategies to ensure the financial success of our organization.The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. Responsibilities of the Finance Director:

  1. Oversee the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
  2. Develop and implement innovative financial strategies that will help achieve the organization’s goals.
  3. Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies.
  4. Monitor the company’s financial performance and analyze trends.
  5. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations.
  6. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
  7. Manage the budgeting process and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external financial institutions.
  9. Evaluate potential investments and recommend strategies for optimizing returns.
  10. Assess and manage risk associated with financial operations.
  11. Provide guidance and support to staff on financial matters.
  12. Stay up-to-date on financial regulations and best practices.
