- Lead data initiatives: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve healthcare operations and outcomes across the LifePoint Health network.
- Analyze data: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large and complex data sets related to pharmacy operations and patient care.
- Identify trends: Monitor and identify trends in pharmacy data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic insights: Present data findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders to inform business decisions and drive positive change.
- Optimize patient care: Collaborate with clinical teams to use data to optimize patient care and medication management processes.
- Improve pharmacy operations: Work closely with pharmacy leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and efficiency gains through data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in pharmacy data analysis to inform the development of innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain data systems: Oversee the development and maintenance of data systems and tools to support data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Train and mentor staff: Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to staff members to build their skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of data initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and security: Ensure the integrity and security of all pharmacy data and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making: Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization, advocating for the use of data to inform decision-making at all levels.
- Represent LifePoint Health: Act as a representative for LifePoint Health at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and best practices related to pharmacy data analysis.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Pharmacy, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Data Analytics, Preferably In A Pharmacy Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Pharmacy Operations, Including Medication Ordering, Inventory Management, And Billing Processes.
Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, Or Power Bi.
Experience With Data Management And Reporting Within A Healthcare Electronic Medical Record System.
