  1. Conduct thorough and timely investigations of potential compliance violations within the organization.
  2. Review and analyze data, documents, and reports to identify any red flags or potential areas of non-compliance.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and individuals to gather information and evidence for investigations.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance in all aspects of the organization.
  5. Prepare and present detailed reports and findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
  6. Communicate and coordinate with external regulatory agencies as needed.
  7. Develop and implement strategies and processes to prevent and detect potential compliance violations.
  8. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  10. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  11. Stay informed about emerging compliance issues and proactively identify potential risks.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of investigations and findings.
  13. Foster a culture of integrity and ethical behavior within the organization.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance matters and provide guidance to leadership and employees as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Auditing, Or Investigations.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Including Hipaa, Stark Law, And Anti-Kickback Statute.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Investigate Potential Compliance Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Report Writing Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
