- Maintain a deep understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance in all aspects of the organization.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and findings to management and relevant stakeholders.

- Develop and implement strategies and processes to prevent and detect potential compliance violations.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Auditing, Or Investigations.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Including Hipaa, Stark Law, And Anti-Kickback Statute.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Investigate Potential Compliance Issues.
Excellent Communication And Report Writing Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
