Current Cna Certification: Candidates Must Possess A Valid And Current Certification As A Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) In Order To Be Considered For This Position. This Certification Ensures That The Candidate Has Received The Proper Training And Has The Necessary Skills To Perform The Duties Of A Cna/Tele Tech.
Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Lifepoint Health Is Seeking Candidates With At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Cna Or In A Similar Role Within A Healthcare Facility. This Experience Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Familiarity With Medical Equipment, And Ability To Provide Quality Patient Care.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Cna/Tele Tech, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Ability To Work Nights And Weekends: This Specific Position At Lifepoint Health Requires The Candidate To Work Night Shifts, Which May Include Weekends And Holidays. Candidates Must Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Willing To Work These Hours In Order To Be Considered For The Job.
Familiarity With Telemonitoring Equipment: Lifepoint Health Utilizes Telemonitoring Equipment To Monitor Patient Vitals And Communicate With Healthcare Providers. Candidates With Previous Experience Using Telemonitoring Equipment Will Be Given Preference As They Will Require Less Training And Can Quickly Adapt To The Technology.
