To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. You must also have excellent communication and organizational skills and be comfortable in a team environment. The ideal candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to prioritize tasks. Furthermore, you must be committed to providing excellent customer service and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical practice partner team at LifePoint Health.
  2. Develop and implement processes and procedures for the efficient operation of the team.
  3. Ensure excellent customer service is provided to patients.
  4. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to team members.
  5. Create and maintain a positive team environment.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to increase team productivity and efficiency.
  7. Identify areas of improvement within the team and develop plans to address them.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare professionals.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
  10. Serve as a role model and mentor to clinical practice partners.
