- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and community partners to promote the services and reputation of LifePoint Health.
- Serve as a liaison between the healthcare facility and referring physicians, communicating patient needs, treatment plans, and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless transition of care for patients referred to LifePoint Health.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients referred to LifePoint Health to determine appropriate treatment plans and facilitate necessary referrals.
- Educate referring physicians and community partners on the services and capabilities of LifePoint Health, including new programs, treatments, and technology.
- Monitor and track patient outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to referring physicians and community partners.
- Utilize strong clinical knowledge and expertise to assist in the development and implementation of best practices for patient care and satisfaction.
- Act as a resource and advocate for patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have about their treatment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and regulations to ensure compliance with all healthcare standards.
- Represent LifePoint Health at community events, conferences, and meetings to promote and strengthen relationships with referring physicians and community partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop and implement strategies to increase referrals and expand the network of referring physicians and community partners.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with referring physicians and community partners, as well as patient outcomes and referrals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role of a Clinical Liaison.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards, in all interactions and communications.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to patient care and referral management.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Clinical Or Healthcare Sales Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Reimbursement Models.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Establish And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Professionals And Providers.
