- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist patients with rescheduling and canceling appointments as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient information into our database.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of operations at the call center.
