Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced and customer-focused Call Center Scheduler, Access Point to join the LifePoint Health team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing the highest level of customer service. If you possess a strong customer service background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passionate commitment to providing quality patient care, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
  • Schedule appointments in accordance with customer requests
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Resolve customer complaints and address customer feedback
  • Utilize various software tools to manage customer inquiries and appointments
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer service and privacy
