Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming calls from patients to schedule appointments using the Access Point scheduling system.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to patients when discussing appointment scheduling.
  3. Respond to patient requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Utilize Access Point scheduling system to properly document and update patient information.
  6. Follow up with patients regarding scheduled appointments.
  7. Ensure all patient information is kept confidential and secure.
  8. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide the best service.
  9. Maintain a positive attitude and adhere to LifePoint Health policies and procedures.
