Job Description

We are searching for an experienced and highly organized Call Center Scheduler, Access Point at LifePoint Health, to join our team. The ideal candidate for this crucial role will have the required qualifications and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As the Call Center Scheduler, Access Point, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the scheduling of appointments for patient access, as well as providing administrative support to the department.To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. You should also have a good understanding of medical terminology and have a professional attitude.
