  1. Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients struggling with mental health and behavioral disorders.
  2. Assist patients in their journey to recovery by following treatment plans and implementing therapeutic interventions.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  4. Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  5. Create a safe and therapeutic environment for patients by maintaining a clean and organized unit and enforcing safety protocols.
  6. Act as a role model and provide support to patients in developing and practicing healthy coping skills.
  7. Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with patients and their families.
  8. Document patient progress, behaviors, and any interventions used accurately and timely.
  9. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  10. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  11. Demonstrate a genuine empathy for individuals facing mental health challenges and provide support and encouragement.
  12. Collaborate with community resources and agencies to ensure continuity of care for patients upon discharge.
  13. Comply with all organizational policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development to enhance job performance.
  15. Uphold the mission, vision, and values of LifePoint Health in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Experience Providing Direct Care To Individuals With Behavioral Health Needs.

  • Knowledge Of Mental Health Diagnoses, Treatment Modalities, And Crisis Intervention Techniques.

  • Ability To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Team Members.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ethical And Legal Guidelines For Behavioral Healthcare.
