- Document patient progress, behaviors, and any interventions used accurately and timely.
- Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Demonstrate a genuine empathy for individuals facing mental health challenges and provide support and encouragement.

Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field.
Experience Providing Direct Care To Individuals With Behavioral Health Needs.
Knowledge Of Mental Health Diagnoses, Treatment Modalities, And Crisis Intervention Techniques.
Ability To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Team Members.
Strong Understanding Of Ethical And Legal Guidelines For Behavioral Healthcare.
