The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Behavioral Health setting or related field.We are looking for an organized and compassionate individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other health information systems. Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate all aspects of the behavioral health intake and admissions process.
  2. Utilize Microsoft Office and other health information systems.
  3. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
  4. Provide exceptional patient care and maintain positive relationships with patients and families.
  5. Monitor and assess patient progress, making appropriate referrals and follow-ups.
  6. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all intake and admissions activities.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
  8. Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and other organizational activities.
  9. Provide education and training to staff on behavioral health intake and admissions process.
