  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of HR Shared Services, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  3. Provide strategic guidance and support to HR team members to ensure consistency and efficiency in HR operations.
  4. Collaborate with leadership to identify and address HR needs and challenges within the organization.
  5. Manage and maintain HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  6. Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR transactions, such as payroll, benefits, and employee changes.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience.
  8. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  9. Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in HR operations.
  11. Train and develop HR team members to ensure a high level of service delivery and professional growth.
  12. Handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
  13. Represent the organization in a professional manner and serve as a role model for company values.
  14. Develop and manage HR budget, including forecasting and cost-saving initiatives.
  15. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Hr Shared Services Or Hr Operations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills.
