  1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients with behavioral health issues to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  2. Utilize clinical expertise to provide exceptional care to patients and improve their outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and document all assessments, treatments, and interventions.
  5. Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  6. Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment options.
  7. Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements related to patient care.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  9. Utilize critical thinking skills to make quick and accurate decisions in emergency situations.
  10. Stay current on industry developments and best practices in behavioral health.
  11. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion when interacting with patients.
  13. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  14. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  15. Adhere to all policies and procedures of the organization.
  16. Uphold the mission, vision, and values of the organization in all aspects of the role.
  17. Maintain a positive and respectful working relationship with colleagues and supervisors.
  18. Act as an advocate for patients and their families, promoting their rights and needs.
  19. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.
  20. Maintain a current RN license and stay up-to-date on all required certifications and trainings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution

  • Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Behavioral Health Assessment And Care

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Psychiatric And Substance Abuse Disorders

  • Strong Critical Thinking And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
