Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide accurate and timely information about software features and system requirements.
  2. Utilize knowledge and expertise to provide valuable feedback and support to users.
  3. Possess a strong understanding of software development and application support standards.
  4. Provide guidance to users on the use and maintenance of applications.
  5. Demonstrate experience in customer service, IT support, and software development.
  6. Maintain a collaborative, problem-solving attitude and approach.
  7. Establish and foster relationships with users.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction with the applications.
  9. Monitor system performance and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  10. Update and maintain technical documentation.
