
Administrator Skilled Care

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the highest level of care for our patients. - Oversee the daily operations of the Skilled Care department to ensure efficiency and quality of care for patients.
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and promote patient safety.
- Monitor and manage departmental budget and expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and staff to address any concerns or issues.
- Conduct regular audits and quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in skilled care administration.
- Represent the Skilled Care department in meetings and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Handle any emergencies or critical situations that may arise within the department.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for staff and promote a culture of compassion and excellence in patient care.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure staff compliance as well.
- Continuously evaluate and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Skilled Care Facility Management
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations For Skilled Care Facilities
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Multi-Disciplinary Team
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills To Effectively Manage Resident Care And Facility Operations
