We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Administrator for our Skilled Care department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the Skilled Care department to ensure efficiency and quality of care for patients.
  2. Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and promote patient safety.
  4. Monitor and manage departmental budget and expenses.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care for patients.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and staff to address any concerns or issues.
  8. Conduct regular audits and quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  9. Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in skilled care administration.
  10. Represent the Skilled Care department in meetings and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  11. Handle any emergencies or critical situations that may arise within the department.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for staff and promote a culture of compassion and excellence in patient care.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure staff compliance as well.
  14. Continuously evaluate and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.
  15. Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Skilled Care Facility Management

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations For Skilled Care Facilities

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Multi-Disciplinary Team

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills To Effectively Manage Resident Care And Facility Operations
