- Provide administrative support to the Physical Therapy team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing office supplies.
- Assist therapists with patient intake processes, such as collecting insurance information and completing necessary paperwork.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow all HIPAA regulations.
- Monitor and manage the department's budget, including tracking expenses and preparing reports.
