- Conduct thorough risk assessments for wholesale management liability accounts to determine appropriate coverage and pricing.

- Maintain accurate underwriting records and documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for underwriting best practices and industry knowledge.
Extensive Knowledge Of The Wholesale And Excess And Surplus Lines Insurance Market, Including Key Competitors, Product Offerings, And Underwriting Guidelines.
Proven Track Record Of Success In Underwriting And Managing Large And Complex Wholesale Management Liability Risks, Such As Directors And Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, And Fiduciary Liability.
Strong Analytical And Decision-Making Skills, With The Ability To Evaluate Risk Exposures And Develop Customized Solutions To Meet The Needs Of Wholesale Clients.
Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Brokers, Clients, And Internal Stakeholders To Negotiate And Secure Profitable Business.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Insurance Industry, With At Least 5 Years In A Management Liability Underwriting Role, Preferably At A Large National Or International Carrier. A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Is Also Typically Required.
