- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support the development and implementation of various recruitment programs and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches to attract top talent.
- Help develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other talent sources to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Assist in coordinating and executing recruitment events, such as career fairs and information sessions.
- Work with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and screen candidates for open positions.
- Help create and update job descriptions and postings to ensure they accurately reflect the role and attract the right candidates.
- Participate in the interview process and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance the overall recruitment process.
- Act as a representative for Liberty Mutual Insurance at recruitment events and other networking opportunities.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to talent acquisition.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
