  1. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support the development and implementation of various recruitment programs and initiatives.
  2. Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches to attract top talent.
  3. Help develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other talent sources to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
  4. Assist in coordinating and executing recruitment events, such as career fairs and information sessions.
  5. Work with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top candidates.
  6. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and screen candidates for open positions.
  7. Help create and update job descriptions and postings to ensure they accurately reflect the role and attract the right candidates.
  8. Participate in the interview process and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  9. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
  11. Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance the overall recruitment process.
  12. Act as a representative for Liberty Mutual Insurance at recruitment events and other networking opportunities.
  13. Continuously learn and stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to talent acquisition.
  14. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
